Taking the pain out of changing custodians
If you are new to BrainCore and have been storing your records elsewhere, it has been our experience that years, perhaps decades, of activity may have eroded the tracking of your records. In some cases, there may be as many as hundreds of thousands of files that seem to have been tracked that are no longer in the hands of your old vendor. Conversely, many records will not be recorded in the system at all.
BrainCore activates a corrective system even before your documents hit our receiving docks. We take the electronic inventory provided by your previous vendor and enter it into our system. Then we carefully barcode and scan to the shelves your incoming materials. Finally, we compare what was to have come in with what does. The results are enlightening.
We may ask you to come visit your records, as we often find damaged boxes at the initial receipt of your materials. We’ll repack, if necessary, and advise you of services available for water damage or pest remediation.
